CEO/Sales
Estimator
Wes’s official job title is Estimator, but he also spends much of his day drafting plans and focusing on project details. He has worked in the construction industry for more than a decade and has been with Boyd RC since 2020.
“I enjoy this position because it is the groundwork for every project. I get to map out our client’s concepts on paper and see those plans transform into the finished product. I find this very cool and interesting, and I love and enjoy working on it everyday. I enjoy working for Boyd Remodeling because of the ever changing work environment, the good atmosphere, the drive to make sure things are done correctly, and the commitment to our client’s satisfaction.”
Wes and his wife, Catalina, have three kids, and they love to spend their free time out in the Idaho wilderness camping, fishing, and horseback riding.

Andy started with us in 2023 as a lead carpenter and is now our Project Manager.
Andy brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Raised in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, he first learned the craft of carpentry from his father. After graduating from Sonoma State University, he honed his skills working in custom carpentry for the luxury resort industry at Yosemite National Park.
In 2023, Andy and his wife relocated to Idaho to raise their two children. When he’s not working, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and hunting in the Idaho backcountry.
Lead Carpenter
With 20 years of experience in various construction trades, Andrew brings both skill and passion to every project. An Idaho native, he specializes in finish carpentry and takes pride in the craftsmanship that goes into the details.
Before dedicating himself full-time to construction, Andrew spent more than a decade guiding backcountry horseback hunting trips, an experience that deepened his love for the outdoors. In 2013, he biked across the country to raise awareness for human trafficking, a journey that reflects his commitment to meaningful causes.
Today, Andrew is a husband and proud father of two—Isla Jenny Rose and William River—and when he’s not working, he enjoys exploring Idaho’s wild places with his family.

Brandon joined the Boyd team in June 2025 with a bit of experience in landscaping and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. He has really enjoyed learning about the remodeling trade, appreciating the variety and opportunities each project provides. Brandon is always up for a challenge, and remodeling has given him the chance to grow his skills and explore different sides of construction.
Every project teaches me something new. I’m excited to keep building my skills and growing in this field as I continue to learn more about all aspects of remodeling and construction.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing with friends, playing pickleball, and relaxing with a good book.

Rebecca started working for Boyd RC in 2024. She grew up in upstate New York and the Seattle area where she graduated from the University of Washington before meeting her Idaho guy, Ryan. Twenty-six years, seven kids, and one big move back to Idaho later, life is full and lively.
“I truly enjoy helping out at the Boyd RC office and being part of such a talented, fun team. I love watching the entire process unfold—taking a client’s vision and wishlist, turning it into a thoughtful design, and crafting a beautiful new space for them to enjoy.”
When she isn’t working you can find her serving at church, watching football with her boys, exploring Idaho’s beauty, sneaking away to Hawaii, diving into DIY projects, and most of all—being wherever her family is.

Lila joined Boyd RC in early 2024. She grew up in Idaho and is currently attending Boise State University, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with plans to continue on to a master’s program in Occupational Therapy.
“Boyd has such an amazing team who is committed to their work and serving others. This position has provided me with the opportunity to learn and grow in my creativity and develop skills in social media and communications. I love having creativity in my job and getting to see the remodeling process happen step by step, and have the amazing opportunity to document it all. This also provides me with the opportunity to let others know who Boyd is and the care and detail we provide in each project. Every day I get the opportunity to use my creativity to showcase the hard work and commitment Boyd provides.”
Outside of work, Lila loves being active — whether that’s working out, going on long runs on the weekends, or hiking Idaho’s trails. She also enjoys spending time with family, serving and fellowshipping at church, diving into a good book, or sitting down to draw.
