Project Summary

  • Why did they want the remodel – Our client wanted to transform their 2013 home into a modern, luxurious, and stylish space that truly reflects their lifestyle and today’s design trends. The house felt dated and no longer matched their vision of comfort and sophistication. Their goal was to refresh every corner with updated finishes, sleek materials, and a cohesive contemporary aesthetic—turning the home into a modern showcase tailored to their taste, functionality needs, and entertaining lifestyle.
  • Design Challenges/Our solutions – One of the biggest design challenges was ensuring the home’s new look captured the client’s desire for a modern, trending aesthetic while still feeling timeless. With such a particular vision, every design choice had to be intentional and precise. Our solution was to work closely with the client on selections, fine-tuning details and finishes until they felt perfect. From flooring and fixtures to cabinetry and wall treatments, we paid close attention to ensuring the design tied together seamlessly while still making bold statements in key areas.
  • Construction Challenges/ Solutions – On the construction side, the most unique challenge came down to the bathroom vanity stain color. The client had a very specific tone in mind, and achieving it required extra effort. We went through multiple samples and rounds of restaining to get it just right. Instead of rushing the process, we took the time to refine and test until the color was exactly what the client envisioned. This patience and persistence paid off, ensuring the finished vanity became a highlight of the space and a detail the client was truly proud of.
  • What makes the project unique? – The uniqueness of this remodel lies in the overall design transformation. By updating every surface and finish, the home was completely reimagined into a modern, stylish, and highly customized living space. What makes it even more special is how every element was hand-selected and fine-tuned with the client’s input, resulting in a home that not only reflects current design trends but also feels personal and one-of-a-kind. It’s a remodel that showcases how thoughtful design and close collaboration can turn a dated 1980s house into a modern masterpiece.
